Without pollination of the honey bee, human food production would be a lot harder. That’s why it’s important that we treat these little creatures like the queens that they are!
Scientists are divided in their views on how critically endangered the honey bee really is. Some outcomes of research claims the honey bee is highly threatened by pesticides used to grow vegetables and fruits. Other research concludes with the statement that the honey bee is not endangered at all, but rather dangerous for the environment. According to them heir population is increasing and they are reducing biodiversity by exterminating other species. The truth about bees is probably somewhere in the middle, but that’s definitely not a reason to not take care of these beautiful creatures.
